    I may have misinterpreted the announcement, but my understanding is that the JV will be domiciled in the Netherlands. Given that the asset itself is in Mali and it's being transferred to a Dutch company, I can't see how this would need FIRB approval. Happy to stand corrected by someone that knows what they're on about, though.
