IMO this can only be positive news.
There are many things that can go wrong in commissioning but these guys are professionals and I am certain they would have backup and spares available for all scenario's.
Any delay's from commissioning to the first pour would not be any more than a a week or two so that would mean it would not be necessary for a Trading Halt.
I believe the calculations for the amount of gold from the first pour along with throughput amount of ore is crucial to the sp and that is what a lot of investors are waiting for.
