thinking aloud too. I don’t think a CR to fund production for a specific single sale is likely what’s happening. Most likely it’s to fund expanded production, in anticipation of some likely sales. I don’t see a 30% reduction in price is likely to be sufficient to generate the huge sales increase they need to break even. I think they need to make a giant leap in production to create the economies of scale they need to have a viable business model. They need to realise the “fraction of the price of lithium” promise to have a hope of being a profitable business. They’ll have to be brave and sell at a loss to start with to drive volume, but I think it’s the only way they’ve got a long term future. Hopefully this is what this CR is about.
