There is no mention of the type of raise. It could be many things. Rights Offering, Listed Options, SSP, Warrants, Insto placement , Corporate Bonds.
Wait and see.
I agree with others who spotted the cap raise early, but imo this isn't a balance strengthen play, this is a speed up growth and stay levered play.
