Say what you will, but they are raising capital at a high SP to get more bang for their buck in the raise. A number of other stocks have raised at depressed prices out of desperation or necessity which makes dilutive effects worse.

Good capital allocators raise funds when the SP is high, and buyback shares when its low. If I see that I'm happy but this announcement is only 50% of the that.

Question what they want the funds for- they've just done an acquisition but another wasn't off the cards. Prev announcements alluded to another potential acquisition in new market.
