an disgruntled shareholder who have love/hate relationship with VTI.
Reason: I found lots of holes in their conduct and trying to put them on straight and narrow.
At one time I became a believer.
Got lots/peanuts shares according to others holdings/my personal fin.pos. depends how you look at it, I overcommited myself at one stage, sold with big (for me ) loss and back again.
Contacts with company were dissapointing as only one person seems to be believable there. The rest play games so I don't bother anymore.
This time what I got (shares), I am prepared to loose, so their responsibility is to make me reach (relatively) and my responsibility is to pull the carpet from under their feet ((or expose their funn(k)y moves)).
I want some outcome from the freaking time I put into it. Do you hear it Craig ? NO MORE mushroom talking to the callers (I'm not going to call you anyway, time will be better spend on investigation).
I know gaga™ and many "other VTI holders™".
They waiting/hoping same as me and pissed off with the developments.
All thouse last 6 or 7 relationships (big announcement) VTI had 1.5 is serious and others sell "soap, jam and cereals".
Instead of being proactive they are reactive.
First they blew QAL/Incitec possibility, now SMHerald investigation is only reactive. SPIN (!sic Craig) means spin-doctoring, use your noodles !!!!

Refering to our phone conversation last week I got even more confused as to the matters I wanted to clear up with you.
NTI - when I asked you how Nauveau Technology Investments is related to New Technology Investments, you said there is no relation and you do not know about New Technology Investments.
Virotec's "2000 Annual Report" page 47 (top of the page) mentions "...New Investments Technology Pty Ltd ("NTI"), a company in which B. Sheeran..."
As I understand in this instance it's a typo as the name does not match abbreviation NTI. ASIC search of Index of corporate and business names for "New Investments Technology" returns:

I did not see the agreement myself so your argument that if NTI does not honour the agreement then VTI can sue them does not convince me. First I don't know who is the remaining party and secondly VTI would have to sue themself as it holds 50% of it (somewhat clear conflict of interests for any outsider).
- on page 116 (top of the page) New Technology Investments Pty Limited with Brian Sheeran as holding Current Directorship. Here no NTI is mentioned but it fits the abbreviation perfectly and ASIC search returns:

most probably 5% (of total) may go to William (if any deal done), then Sheeran wages in shares @5 cents/share as an director, than 2% of total goes to Nauveau Technology Investments/Vanuatu (out of which Sheeran has 10%, second dip !!!) not to mention multiple companies cut, he has the interest in/which invested in VTI (third and consecutive dip !!!).

According to Corporate Governance (AIM prospectus p.24) you can complain to audit comittee consisting of Bruno Bamonte, John Glynn and Dr Michael Nissen.
They are meeting at least twice annually and are responsible for ensuring that the financial performance of Virotec is properly reported and monitored.
Voting is a key word. And our voting power is peanuts here.
Even if the other major holders would vote him out of VTI board then what about NTI. End we are not talking New Technology Investments P/L here (p.116 AIM prospectus/current directorships). We are talking Nauveau Technology Investments based in Vanuatu. What law would you like to use here, Australian or Vanuatu (if there is one in the later case) ?
Now, 10 points to anybody who knows who Telescope Investments Limited is and where is it based ASIC search returns nothing. 10,000,000 @20 cents by 31/03/02, only partly exercised though. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
