dangar, there's little risk attached to an under-subscribed offer mainly because its very unlikely given its only $5M. However, in that unlikely event I would just sell the excess shares as you've pointed out. Wouldn't be proud of selling so quickly, but sometimes we have to get our hands dirty.
Then again, I over-purchased in another capital raise, but the price shot up and I'm still sitting on the excess shares and having a good time, so who knows.
