the fact that this is a capital raise for Phase 2, suggests that management are aware of Helium reserves and the project is proceeding regardless of results of R2D2, MDR1 and other wells we are awaiting results. I have little doubt that management are aware with some degree of confidence what the impending drill results will reveal.

i am looking forward to reviewing the details of the cap raise as this will provide more certainty on completing Phase 2 of the project. Hopefully the Cap Raise attracts new investors that will detract and nullify the impact of the trading bot..hopefully those responsible for the Bot do not benefit from this cap raise..

So many more price sensitive announcements due for release in the coming weeks..
