I am not so happy with the price as you seem to be. looking at recent vwap this is far greater than a 5.3% discount.
to me, it looks like Stefano has been held over a barrel.
someone has been lowering SP deliberately, perhaps a case of give us shares now or we will continue to sabotage your company!
