This was a set up from the start. The lithium deal was only just Ok in my mind, maybe a 6.5/10 considering some of the other deals that have been done in recent years.

This CR though, has been somewhat sneaky and has left long term and recent retail holders exposed.

Regardless of MD Mike, potentially flagging it weeks ago (I recall it as a likely debt scenario - which makes sense as we supposedly have + cash flow) the parties that they have gotten into bed with here have a history and are akin to scalpers.

The management have done very well up until recently. I am a big AC fan and have been in his previous investments, but the jury is still well and truly out on MA as far as I am concerned.

I think it is fair to say that this CR at this level, price and timing is Management's first big blooper - they have read the room wrong with existing holders.
