@Spekulator Totally agree with you.. Are we going to see any similar deals being done .. who knows.. we are run by a banker who will do anything to meet his targets even if it’s at expense of others looks like and his contacts .. totally useless I presume (which was part of his grand introduction)

And for lithium co aka free shares .. currently we held 1 to 1 shares in a lithium co which wasn’t valued much agreed.. Doc A mentioned that we would like to bring the SOI in the new co at a much lower value so that implies .. the more we dilute here the less we get there.. so this 15% dilution has already impacted my 15% stake in the new co.. so maybe let’s instead of 1 for every 10 shares held now it’s going to be 1 for every 11.5 or 12 shares held as an example.. so there is an impact ..

Anyways, as a SH I’m not happy with the current dealing and Doc A’s first action has burned retail investors and reduced their holding significantly in the new co..
