well.. im annoyed... here i was thinking it was going to be a debt facility and no need for CR in the near future.

let me just say if this capital raise is to high net wealth individuals/instos by hartleys/euroz with a discount again i will be contacting the company and giving them a piece of my mind.

if it is a industry partner, im guessing Sprott and at a no discount or even a premium i will be thanking the company, depends on the amount as well and the amount of dilution....
