was a complete fluke but I have mentioned it in the past to the company. I think (and Peter had mentioned today in his video update through proactive) that there were people on sidelines thinking 51% wasn’t enough. Hopefully we see some movement coming up.
I personally think bigger investors that focus on the smallcap space would’ve said the same. Ie: need more ownership of leases.
I think it’s a good deal and at least we haven’t had to fork out $. Plus gained a great sub holder through the process.
