30% premium to last price is pretty standard, so maybe around $2.70, based on the frustrating price action over last 18months I will take that and be done with this one, hasn't lived up to expectations to be honest, didn't use that investment capital for anything in particular. Been plodding along for a bit too long hence the potential takeover.
