a seller wants out. simple as that. people move on to other areas of the market. natural for a seller to sell on positive news when there is increased interest. once seller gone. things should move up as you have pointed out. lots of milestones met. hopefully some other triggers / announcements can be released once seller done and then can move up and reflect the good work done and projects strengths.
