The alarm bells started to ring after the 3 March offtakes with not $1 prepayment or $ commitment of any sort.
It was a red flag to me and likely a lot of other holders (maybe not as vocal as me lol).
Yes they often come with conditions, but we are entering a bull Li sector so alot less risk than the earlier Li plays had to deal with for these OT. (AJM, GXY, PLS etc), and they show a real commitment to the project by customers.
