Looking at Mgt's response in the last cash flow quarterly just posted, it says 'equity institutions who expressed keen interest in funding the development of the Manono project'. Could it be a strategic investor covering the equity component (20-30%)? Would the financiers want to see this locked in first before throwing in the 70-80% debt? Condition precedent?
