    27th of Feb, 2019, company announcement states: "AVZ Minerals Now Fully Funded to Final Investment
    Decision at the Manono Project via an Oversubscribed
    Placement Raising $9.8M" .

    I presume we'll get another overly-optimistic statement to accompany this latest CR.... sadly, I'm starting to mistrust anything Nigel and team say.
