    Hey Blue, it's just the equity component of the full finance deal, nothing too scary Needed so we can build the mine as per spec. Personally would prefer 100% debt as I think it can be paid back in 2-2.5 years if li prices keep rising (and I believe they will, the macro is now legit and no longer speculative as it was when Li 2.0 hit the markets in 2017)
