this is of course correct but the message should come from management and not you on here . These missed deadlines and constant slippages need to be better communicated to shareholders to a tier 1 standard commensurate with the scale of salary being paid. we don’t expect the message to be what we want to hear , we expect the message to be delivered more in line with his you have done . Confidence in execution ability cones with clearly worded briefs , especially on timelines , if one person hadn’t hit these skills then are t there plenty of others on the team who could , after all deboss you do for free .
mgmt can you please take all this board snd now release a professional narrative on milestones and best known time windows and any risks or dependencies on these snd what mgmt is doing to keep it all on track . That’s what we pay for .
