if there were only one ENTITY to it that would mean
they would own 23% of AVZ SOI registry after issue of new shares
couldn't be just 1
YIBIN Tianyi is #1 major shareholder with 8.17%

break it down... if there were 3 entities gives them 7.54% ownership each of the registry (@13c per share say )
this would give them a lot of power surely they would be vested in the product by way of the supply chain

I wonder how Yibin, HUAYOU INTERNATIONAL MINING (HONGKONG) LIMITED and Lithium Plus would feel about them having similar %
