    by capping the SP, the CR/Equity entities/partner(s) have essentially allowed themselves a bigger piece/position of/on the AVZ registry by 85% more
    $15m @23c is 62,217,000 shares
    $15m @13c is 115,385,000 shares
     imagine how much they saved by capping the share price preventing it from getting up to 30c 37 cents( 2018's sp all-time High) after the signing of 4x OT earlier in March this year
