why have they NOT been locked in by now??
That could have save us from a 13c $35m CR
Couldnt the OT have been arranged prior to the evil of a CR at unreasonable price of 13c .. this looks desperate and giving away the shares IMO

im not looking forward to seeing how this pans out for the SP in the short term of 1-2 mths...I won't be having high expectations now... the SP & timelines have dragged on for 6 mths too long
