That's what the term Ord Minnett sheet says. Plus up to $2m being raised in a SPP - all existing shareholders being offered up to $30,000 worth of stock, to be pro-rataed presumably if oversubscribed.
Should be positive for the company - addresses the current capital shortage without too much dilution,
