from a company perspective, the simplicity of a placement/SPP does overrule any logic in regards to doing a deal with retail only holders. The certainty does help to do a deal which targets the big guys.
Not all brokers advise that way, so let’s see what happens here.
the company does look cheap at these prices, so a good CR will help here.
