    If 27mil is coming from shareholders, bet the record date will be late this week or some time next week..

    will be a second chance buy in for anyone not holding to get access to 15c shares in the raise, hence propping the price with new buyers and preventing anyone who wants to dump but still want to be involved in the raise...
