My thoughts exactly - there is a slightly ominous tone to it, not clear cut, however could easily be overthinking it.
Best case PSA is awarded, accompanied with resource target and drilling plan.
Worst case PSA is delayed or unsuccessful.
2nd option will hurt but the beauty of TPD is they have multiple company making prospects. We shall see on Monday.
