If it's a clean out of the Board, there's history there about tardy compliance and liquidating holdings - so yeah totally warranted if is the case.
Furthermore, two days may allow for a buyout of departing Board Member holdings rather than a dump SELL @ market on Monday
The previous Capital Raise announcement 29th March 2021 which was for "Two Strategic Investors" each just under the 5% substantial holder level could be an interesting twist on it too, if they have kicked up a bit of annoyance at the Board Review not being completed alongside their recent Investment having been devalued in such a short period of time ?
