This CR is excellent. I was actually thinking why they were not raising money around these levels (70c-80c) because we had a lot to do for 3 projects. And it's done. Great.

We are in lithium business, and lithium is on fire, on big fire, unprecedented levels of demand is coming. The news from every kind of media and forecasts are all screaming that supply/demand deficit is getting bigger and coming closer.

We need to spend a lot of money for KV Project's DFS for pushing it to development and construction next year, we should send couple of drill rigs to Buldania for new resource drilling as the area is huge hence the potential is huge, and demerger of Moora-Koojan!

LTR is in the big business of battery materials. LTR is a mid-cap company now and can't have only $15m in te bank for keeping the operations going on. So it's done.

The CR at 76c for raising $50m is excellent IMO.
We will issue only 65.8m shares and get $50m. We might have around $15m in the bank and the total would be $65m after the CR. That's a lot of money to add a lot more to LTR's market value (as @vmp said LTR put $750m after making a CR for $7m)

The dilution is at ignorable level but having this much money for keeping the operations going is excellent.

I must say this btw; my target price is no longer $1.5 per share after Buldania Project anns last week. That price was only for KV project and for that specific timing, I will make my mind after the drilling of Buldania
