No i don't think you'd be far from the mark there at all, it may even be less. The point you make though quite rightly is the size of these transactions we are targeting are massive. I would imagine it's all about not being too greedy at this stage and putting in a massive effort to quickly get industry adoption in as many sectors of commerce as possible. From what I can gather ( and i am new to CRO ) the company has realised that by acquiring a few companies with complimenting tech they can offer a service to big agri business etc that perhaps no one has thought to offer to players in this space? The imperative i would say is for this company to push as hard as possible in the next few years and take the first mover advantage. I'd be interested if some of the investors who've been in for a long time see it this way, or am i way off?
