TRADING HALT REQUEST In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Cirralto Limited (Company) requests a trading halt pending the announcement of first contracted revenues under the Referral Agreements with Mastercard and Fresh Supply Co. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 14 July 2021, or until the release of the announcement in respect of the above matter.
