It's just as possible that the announcement is not ready to be released to the market yet?

I doubt it's to do with breaching anything and either not ready for release or being queried before release.
It's a big enough raise for a small cap and one I think that is not just in it's simplest form, most likely requiring more clarification.

Any suspension is likely to be shortlived and if not back today Monday you would think allowing all of today to resolve the issue and over the weekend if required.

Fingers crossed the "Smilin Cheshire" has brought some very large and credible new shareholders to the register!
