Fair enough on your view jakspara. If the cap raise is purely to some institution that otherwise has no interest in further funding LCL's activities, then I agree.
I did fire off an email to the company this morning, re the burning of option holders, and was told that the company always makes decisions with shareholders in mind. The underlying theme of their reply was - we think you'll appreciate the announcement. Just have to wait and see I guess.
