In my opinion you can't blame LCL for raising capital at this stage of the game. They have had some very good announcements recently and the share price just won't budge. Let's say hole 27 is disappointing then you may not have any really good announcements for some time and the share price may have retreated on no news, meanwhile cash at bank is getting low.
I believe they have done everything possible to get those oppies in the money and it just hasn't happened. Really in my opinion they have done what they have had too.
In my opinion you can't blame LCL for raising capital at this...
