Its like this. If you always raise at the top then people with money wont support you. Eg raise at 20c after it goes to 23c on the back of drill hole 27 and then holders complain how its now capped and it wont go past 20c for 6 months and investors in the raise get their stop losses hit so it goes back to 18c or 17c.
Leave some money on the table for those funding your company.
