It's that if anyone can navigate the political, environmental and social landscape required to get a new mine developed in Colombia it's likely to be a native Colombian themselves who has a great understanding of what required to get such a project off the ground.
Having Anglo on our register is great but I feel they are likely to become our JV partner at some stage and would not surprise me at all if they feature in some of this placement, not forgetting also they have a swathe of oppies that require exercising this year.
It may mean nothing but I see it as being something beneficial for LCL to get Quinchia up into production.
