Not sure of what the strategy is behind taking the full halt to release the news. They request the halt because they HAVE news to release. Why drag it out? The last time was simply to clarify a previous announcement, yet they not only took the halt period, they went into suspension. I'd usually back the management of PIQ but these examples suggest a lack of attention to detail. Either that or 1. they are getting no or poor IR advice or 2. They are (hopefully) busy getting some sort of bigger deal done and don't prioritise ASX listing rules.
