Pre-pumps always happen before CRs
Usually to get the price up high to sell into.
Seems this was co-ordinated & more to the point just because it goes to insto does not mean at all they hold. They are just as likely to flip as are retail, I see it every day…
Let’s hope they aren’t after 20-30% profits are want 100-200%
