Does this really matter though? If you're going to sell your shares short term sure but If you beleive in the company and think it's going to be a major success in years to come than a short term price drop is either inconsequential or a great buying opportunity.
I would think what matters the most is if this acquisition is good for business. The rest just appears to forum fodder
