    does any holder wish it was above 10c yes. But is it reasonable yes.

    8c - why would this be reasonable. the 15 and 30 session average close price alone is 7.8 and 8.3c ignoring the last 9.1c session as obviously an outlier and terms would have been pre this.

    a modest 20% discount brings this to 6.2 and 6.6c respectively. So I don't know why your justifying 8c as reasonable?
