I agree the discount is heavy so not great but until we have the details of the acquisition etc it's going to be hard to assess the impact.
I am curious with your scatergun comments though. Can you help me understand why would the price spike before the halt because of what you described as a "leaky ship"? Weren't ASIC going to open an investigation or something? Wouldn't the natural reaction of a bad raise at 6.5 and a leaky ship be for the market to sell off?
