I took the middle path. Reduced my holding by 10% to purchase land. Remaining holding will monetised in 3-4 years to build my dream house for my partner and I, around the same time we are planning to start a family.

There will be funds left over to set up a perpetual income stream.

I expect I'll be spending all my time with family and friends, and volunteering, oil painting, composing music and gardening from age 40 onwards.
