The next week will confirm if it was to get some long term holders set before news flow begins.
The volume was high a few weeks ago and then dropped off and the only way to get stock was to buy up to 18c and the investor may have approached the company asking if they want more money at market and they said yes. It wasn't at a discount and gives comfort some more good times are ahead.
lets see if it can get back to 18.5c+ before end of the month.
