The AFR states "Funds raised would be used to grow Acrow’s industrial services business, which provides scaffold hire and formwork to industrial clients including power stations."
From that Interesting comment on "power stations" guess that would require specific formwork capital
I am sort of ok with this although a rights issue would have been more equitable for all shareholders than to just SIs and fundies
