But it's obvious by the trading pattern for the last few weeks/months that people knew.
What generally happens....the company approaches their investment bank to raise, this leaks to the top tier clients, they manipulate the price down so they get set at the best price they can. Then they let the stock go....
I'm surprised there are sellers today....why would you take 15cents profit(and the company now has the same mkt cap as last week, but with an extra $15mln in the bank)....but anyway, I think it has potential to be $10 in 18months.
