For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1 and in support of its request Service Stream advises that: 1. The trading halt is requested as Service Stream expects to make an announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX” in connection with a proposed equity capital raising comprising an accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer (“Entitlement Offer” and a placement to institutional investors (“Placement”, being conducted to fund a potential acquisition; 2. Service Stream requests that the trading halt continues until the earlier of Service Stream releasing an announcement to the ASX (“ASX Announcement” in relation to the outcome of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer and the Placement, or until the commencement of trading on 22 July 2021.
