It's all integration risk here for SSM, and their ability to extract the synergies. If they can do it, its a great transaction in building out further scale, increased diversification in transport infrastructure and utilities. Good opportunity long term if they can improve the LLS operating margins, but feels like it will be a solid grind for a couple of years.
