I think that you’re being very optimistic.
I’d put the probability at around 80-20, maybe 90-10, in favour of the SML being granted. Definitely not 99.9-.01.
As for the share price, I’d suggest 15-20 cents in the short term. Higher than that will depend upon off take agreements. Call me cautious if you want.
All that said, I’m in for the long haul. This project is too strong a prospect for me to do otherwise.
