Doesn't seem to be much other activity. I think the timing has caught people off guard. Although the fool article states:
"Peak stated its request for the trading halt stems from an update on the special mining licence at its Ngualla Rare Earth project in Tanzania."
but not sure where they got that specific info from as the TH makes no mention of the SML specifically.
