I have spoken in depth with a bloke who used to have a senior role out at Alltype, from what he explained to me, they run a fairly tight ship and like to hold onto every cent of profit available.
I also have had exposure to Fab shops that target and exceed 30% margin, and those that target and operate on lesser margins.
The real question for me is, does the philosophy of running a tight ship come from WSI and filter down, or is it exclusive to Alltype.
